Stichting Nova-Alma is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families in Amsterdam, in need of assistance and pastoral care. Two of our Directors of Sitchting Nova-Alma have been intensively trained during three years and a half by Ellel Ministries, NL, following all the courses and practises to become part of their Int´l Prayer Ministry Team NL.

Portugal Christian Retreat Project: We as a Stichting Nova-Alma are supporting the development of a Christian Retreat Project in Portugal. Besides the good weather, gastronomy and the wonderful variety of geography of Portugal, one of the main reasons we plan to develop this project is because to buy the land is much cheaper and affordable in Portugal. We would like to purchase a small land in a large green area with a house with a minimum of 3 to 4 sleeping rooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooom and toilet. This is already a working in progress. We found the land and the house on a marvelous nature area. Our goal is to host people temporarily who are going through stressfull situations, depression, grieving, burn-out or in need of emotional care and rehabilitation. We believe this way we can create a special farm place for pastoral care, inner healing and relaxation in the nature. We are looking for sponsors, churches, donateurs and volunteers who want to help us to develop this project in Portugal. We are looking for Volunteers who wants to work and help in our Christian Retreat in Portugal. In exchange we offer temporary Room & Board to some christians working in the small season periods during this Project.
