We are a team of Christian missionaries, brought together by our love for God and a desire to serve those in need. We come from various backgrounds, some of us immigrating from countries like Brazil and Mexico to live in places like the USA, Netherlands, Russia, and Ukraine. Our journeys have exposed us to diverse cultures, climates, and ideologies.

Through Bible schools, missionary organizations, and volunteer work, we've all experienced a profound calling to serve as pastors. We are dedicated to helping those who are injured, sick, rejected, depressed, or abandoned, offering them the love, attention, psychological and social support they need.

  • Luiz Roberto Falcão Ferreira | Director

    Falcon, Executive Director of Stichting Nova Alma, spent many years in international real estate. However, a calling drew him back to his faith, his first love to Jesus Christ, that occured 33 years ago, through YWAM Amsterdam. Falcon recommitted totally

    to Christianity and to serve as a Missionary Pastor..For the past five years, Falcon has chased his passion for pastoral care. He dedicated himself to Ellel Ministries during four years, completing all their courses and trainings to become part of their Int´l

    Prayer Ministry Team. Now, he fulfills his lifelong dream by leading Stichting Nova Alma in Amsterdam.

  • Gabriel Alfonso Becerril Aragon | Secretary

    Gabriel Aragon, originally from Mexico, has a rich background that spans multiple countries and cultures. As a young man, he went to Moscow, Russia, for higher studies, which continued in Ukraine, where he accomplished a PhD in radiation biology. There,

    he was born again and became an active member of a church. Working for a travel agency focused on Hungary, he spent a few years in Budapest. One of the countries that he visited several times was the Netherlands. Then an opportunity appeared to do a specialization

    in his profession at the Free University of Amsterdam, and after finishing it, he decided to remain in this country. Nine years ago, Gabriel obtained the Dutch nationality. In such a way, God has allowed Gabriel to become a qualified individual to provide

    translation services for pastoral care. His extensive experience and multilingual abilities— fluent in Spanish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Dutch, and independent user of French and Hungarian— make him an asset to our team.

  • Johannes Marcus Hamminga | Treasurer

    Born and educated in Holland, Johannes comes from a Christian family and holds a law degree from a Dutch university. Johannes works at a Gemeente. His life took a significant turn when a friend introduced him to Youth With A Mission (YWAM), leading to his baptism in India. Returning to the Netherlands, Johannes spent over several years volunteering and completed three years of studies at Ellel Ministries Netherlands.

    Johannes unique combination of legal acumen and pastoral care makes him a valuable asset to our team, where he serves as Treasurer, ensuring the responsible and ethical management of our resources.
